Onsite Yoga & Mindfulness

What is Onsite Yoga & Mindfulness?

Our Onsite Yoga & Mindfulness offerings are designed to meet any of your movement, mindfulness, and stretching needs outside of the traditional yoga studio setting.  Whether you want to hold a one-time yoga class at your next friend, family, or work event, integrate regular classes into your company's wellness program, or receive one-on-one or small group guidance at home, we've got you covered.  As long as you can provide the space, we can provide the rest.   • What is included?

    All equipment necessary for the class type you've selected will be provided for you and all your participants.  


    Interested in yoga or stretching? Yoga mats, blocks, and straps, mat and face towels, yoga blankets, surround sound music setup, the instructor, and up to 90 minutes of instruction are all included.


    Interested in a sound bath, breathwork, or meditation?  We will provide everything needed to make the participants comfortable including yoga mats, towels, and blankets.  Also included are the music and/or sound setup, the instructor, and up to 90 minutes of instruction.

  • What class styles are currently available?

    Yoga and Stretching:  We currently offer Vinyasa Yoga (dynamic and flowy), Yin Yoga (restorative), Stretching, Resistance Band Strength Training.  We will tailor the difficulty and format to meet your needs.


    Mindfulness:  Meditation, breathwork, and sound bath.

  • Where do you offer Onsite Yoga & Mindfulness?

    The short answer is... anywhere within our service area!  We currently provide Onsite Yoga & Mindfulness in the workplace, at events and parties, and within the home, in the Orange County, CA area.  Are you outside of Orange County? Let us know! We may have the ability to accommodate at a custom rate.  

  • How much does it cost?

    Our Onsite Yoga & Mindfulness rates apply to all settings, whether practicing from home, in the office, or elswhere.  We offer an Instructor Only Discount as well as Class Package Discounts.  Our Onsite Yoga Service Rates & Discounts are listed at the bottom of this page. 

  • How much lead time do you need?

    We ask that you reach out to us at least two weeks (10 business days) ahead of your desired class or event date so that we can confirm details and availability, and have time to provide invoicing and complete payment. However, we may be able to deliver on shorter notice in some cases.  

  • How do I get started?

    Everyone has unique needs, so we ask that you send us a brief message and tell us a little bit about what it is you're looking for.  We will typically respond within a few business hours.

In the workplace

Often referred to as "boardroom yoga", yoga and stretching in the workplace can help to mitigate musculoskeletal injuries, increase employee well-being and productivity, and lead to an overall happier and healthier workforce. And the best part is, since we provide an all-inclusive experience, you don't need a fitness center or any equipment onsite - we'll bring it all.

At Events & Parties

Weekend gatherings with friends and family, corporate wellness retreats, bachelor or bachelorette parties - you name it!  We are excited to support any of your small-to-medium sized events.  Please note that many public spaces such as parks and pavilions may require a permit to host a class or event. 

In the Home

We are happy to offer private yoga for those looking to stay close to home.  Just like our other Onsite Yoga services, as long as you have space, we will bring the rest. 

This is a great solution for anybody who finds a group setting intimidating, has specific needs for modification or customization in their practice, or simply prefers the comfort of practicing from home.

Onsite Yoga & Mindfulness Rates and Discounts

Rates

Attendees Cost
Private (1-3 attendees) $150 per session
Group (4-40 attendees) $395 per session
Group (40+ attendees) We can currently accommodate up to 40 attendees per class. If you anticipate higher participation, we may be able to accommodate with enough lead time. Custom rates will apply. Please send us a message and tell us more!

These rates are applicable for any of our all-inclusive Onsite Yoga offerings within Orange County, CA.

Discounts

Discount Type Discount Applied
Instructor-Only Discount 15% off any single class or class package when you hire the instructor only (no equipment needed)
Class Package Discounts 5 Classes = 5% discount; 10 classes = 10% discount; 15 or more classes = 15% discount. Class packages must be paid in full for discount to be applied.
Stacking Discounts All discounts are calculated together from the starting price. You can take advantage of both discounts simultaneously, for a maximum discount of up to 30%!
